Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your customer portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box before sealing it securely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
